Join on Thursday May 16 at AS220’s main stage for our GRAND SLAM FINALS! This is the night when the qualifying poets from this season’s open poetry slams will compete to determine who will represent our little city at tournaments and slam competitions.

In three rounds, we’ll whittle down the incredible roster of poets to the final few.

The top 5 poets will form the team. These poets will work together and have opportunities to hone their craft and performance skills.

Come out to support these incredible artists and the art of spoken word and poetry!

Doors open at 7pm. Admission is $5 suggested donation or pay what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
