Join us on Thursday June 1 for an open mic featuring Levi Cain!

The stage is yours for your poems, stories, songs, prose, rants and ravings. Bring your scribblings and your friends!

Readers and performers will have 4-5 minutes on stage. Think 1 long poem or song, or two short poems. Please be considerate of the time so everyone can get on stage!

Doors open and sign-up sheet is posted at 7pm.
Admission: $5 donation or pay what you can.

MORE ABOUT OUR FEATURE:
Levi Cain is a non-binary Queeribbean writer from New England. They have served as a poetry fellow for Mass Cultural Council and a fiction fellow for Sundress Academy of the Arts. Levi has been a finalist for the Limp Wrists’ Glitter Bomb Award, as well as a nominee for both the Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net for poetry and short fiction. They are active within the local Boston poetry community, having recently featured for the Trans Day of Visibility benefit for Harbor Camp, as well as Trans Resistance March, a grassroots queer and transgender-led organization for LGBTQ liberation and community. Their first chapbook, dogteeth., was published by Ursus Americanus Press in 2020.
